How do I order?

Choose your products, pick pickup or delivery at checkout and place the order. You do not need an account: we send your order link by SMS.

How do I pay?

Pay when you collect or when the rider arrives, in cash or by Mobile Money. Online payment is not available yet.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, from your order link while the order is still new. After we accept it, call us.

What if an item is out of stock?

The shop only lets you order what we have on the shelf. If something runs short we call you before changing the order.

How do dairy subscriptions work?

Pick the milk, the quantity and the days you want deliveries. Our team confirms the route and start date, and you pay on delivery or monthly.
